Eggs and Spring Onion

1) Сhop (измельчите) the eggs into small pieces

2) Wash the spring onios. Cut off the green part.

3) Chop the spring onions. Add to the eggs.

4) Put the chopped eggs into a bowl.

5) Add the mayonnaise. Mix the eggs, spring onions and mayonnaise together.

6) Peel (очистите) the eggs very carefully.

7) Wash them under cold water and dry them well.

8) Put the filling (начинка) on the sliced bread.

9) Add some salt and paper.
