Write a short article to a local newspaper about the work of the city transport

well, the work of the transport in our city leaves much to be desired.

In my opinion it will be better to have electric vehicle. It wouldn't be so harmeful to our enviroment. By the way it is more profitable economical to people but it is more expensive to make such cars. So theritically it leads to reducing traffic jams.
