Use the Present Perfect or the Past Simple Tense in the Active or in the Passive Voice instead of the verbs in brackets.

    2. When was the television invented? Who invented it?

    3. They have already read all these books, but the new books haven't been brought yet.

    4. Someone spilled some wine on the table-cloth. And you see that some glasses were broken.

    5. 'Did They send for the doctor?" "Yes, he was sent for.
