5. Did you take this exam in the past? - Yes, I did. I took it in the past. / No, I didn't.

6. Did you buy a car 5 years ago? - Yes, I did. I bought it 5 years ago. / No, I did not.

7. Did you get it? - Yes, I did. I got it. / No, I did not.
