How we can learn English easy? I have an answer for this question:you can listening to music on English, watching English films or cartoons.

To learn English you must work hard learning words and studying grammar. You should read books, listen to radio programmes and watch television in the English language. You must do it on a regular basis. Use any opportunity to practice your English. A good idea is to communicate via the Internet and talk to people on Skype.
