1) Homeless people often solicit citizens for money. They may even be annoying or dangerous.

2) Some homeless people just pretend that hey are homeless and need care. While others earn money, they live for free - are provided with food, clothes and surrounded with are. Surely it is unfair to others and moreover, dishonest.

3) Danger is the main factor. They can transmit diseases. From time to time they appear on the crowded streets seeking for money. But if hey are sick this may lead to infection of others.
